Dear ,
Thank you for taking a moment to inspire the lives of young ladies who will be competing for the titles of 2009 Miss CPRA, 2009 CPRA Princess, and 2009 Little Miss CPRA. The pageant will be held October 3-5, 2008 in conjunction with the Central Plains Rodeo Association Finals at the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson. The 2008 Royalty will travel the state of Kansas to represent the Central Plains Rodeo Association and the sport of rodeo.
We are looking to promote your business in return for your support in making the 2008-2009 Central Plains Rodeo Association (CPRA) Queen and Princess Pageant a success. Rodeo queen pageants provide young ladies a chance to travel while representing the sport they love. The girls acquire skills during competition, and while acting as an ambassador for rodeo, such as time management, budgeting, communication ability, social etiquette, and independence which will help them to succeed in future endeavors.
The CPRA Pageant has always made an effort to reward the contestants for their hard work and preparation. This is only possible with the help of generous sponsors like you who believe in the quality ambitions of the pageant and the young ladies that compete.
This is the 12th year of the pageant. Each year we strive to improve the quality of the competition and level of compensation. The categories in which the girls compete include speech, written test, a horsemanship pattern, rail work, which is an extension of the horsemanship category, modeling, interview and impromptu question, photogenic contest, ticket selling, and congeniality.
Please consider how your donation will influence the pageant and encourage the contestants in addition to serving as an opportunity to promote your business and your goals. There is a variety of ways to support the pageant including monetary donations, gift certificates and product donations to be used as prizes. We would also like to provide each of the contestants a copy of your catalog or business card, and would be happy to distribute these at the rodeo.
Thank you for your time and your encouragement! You can find out more about the pageant at
