2006 Miss CPRA

Jo Chartier

"Hard work and determination will get you as far as you want to go."

Jo Chartier of Pratt, Kansas captured the title of Miss CPRA on October 8, 2005 at the CPRA Finals held in Hutchinson, Kansas. 

She is the 19-year-old daughter of Larry and Coleen Chartier of Coats Kansas.

Jo is a 2004 Graduate of Skyline High School where she was active in cheerleading, Natural Helpers, Pep Club, and  journalism, also being honored in Who's Who Among American High School Students. 

She continued her education by becoming a 2005 honor graduate of Garden City Community College in the field of cosmetology; and is currently working at Hair Etc. in Pratt, Kansas.

She would like to say THANKS to her family and Friends for standing behind her 110% !!
